What is Copyright?
The purpose of the copyright law is to promote the use of copyrights and to protect the rights of the copyright owner. A copyright is an exclusive right given to an author of an original created work. It is property, an asset, a legal interest, protected by law. Included in the exclusive rights given to the copyright owner is the right to copy the work into any form such as in print or as a sound recording.
Willow Publishing takes copyright protection very seriously. Every title offered for sale or provided free on the Willow Publishing website has been provided by a publisher, composer or organisation that has claimed the ownership or administration right to the title being offered.
Titles offered on this website are made possible due to copyright protection under contracts with the owners or administrators of the musical and literary works. Royalties are paid to copyright owners for sales transacted on this website.
As One Voice Hymnals
All music contained within the As One Voice collections (printed music scores, lyrics, recorded music and digital files) is subject to copyright. Unauthorised reproduction of any of these formats, by any means (electronic, mechanical, micro copying, photocopying, digital reproduction, recording or otherwise) is a violation of copyright law.
One License
ONE LICENSE offers affordable music reproduction licenses to support churches, schools, organisations and individuals to legally access thousands of music titles for use by congregations.
All music published by Willow Publishing is covered by ONE LICENSE.
The majority of the songs and hymns in the As One Voice collections are covered for congregational use under ONE LICENSE. It is essential that you check that the title you wish to reproduce is covered under your licence. If the work is not covered under your licence, the work may not be reproduced without prior written consent from the copyright owner.
Please note, no reproductions of full music scores or choral and instrumental arrangements are permitted under the ONELICENSE program.
CCLI
Selected music published or administered by Willow Publishing is also covered under CCLI. Please check with CCLI for specific licences that cover music published by Willow Publishing.

It is illegal to reprint, reproduce, copy or share any works from this site without permission from the owner.
Permissions Outside of Congregational Use
A license is required and a fee payable for use of Willow Publishing music outside of congregational use. (See ONELICENSE)
