The Quiet Heart

The Quiet Heart introduces primary aged children to Christian meditation. It helps them to discover Jesus as a friend and guide.

Children are invited to enter into the quiet of their own hearts, where they can talk with Jesus and know the peace that he brings. Through discussion, personal enquiry, reflection and prayer, they can feel confident that the love of Jesus will be with them through both the joyful and the difficult times in their lives.
