Mass of St Benedict

This Mass is dedicated to the Benedictine community of St John’s Abbey, Collegeville, MN, USA, St Benedict’s Monastery, Arcadia, NSW, the Sisters of the Good Samaritan of the Order of St Benedict and Pope Benedict XVI, each of whom has enriched our appreciation for the rich and complex historical, theological and pastoral issues associated with the celebration of the Church’s liturgy reformed after the Second Vatican Council (1962-1965). The Mass setting written by Paul Taylor is intended for use in parishes and schools and has been written as a unison setting (with some optional descants) for accompaniment by organ/keyboard and guitar.
